Advanced Quality Homes was started as a sole proprietorship called Quality Homes, by Larry & Betty Jo Roix, in 2003. In 2006, this growing business was incorporated under the name of Advanced Quality Homes LLC. Quality has always been central to everything we do. We offer state-of -the-art housing, manufactured in a controlled environment. We also are land developers and offer beautiful, private, wooded lots through our sister company Birchwood Land Resources, LLC. We are licensed in the State of Maine by the Manufactured Housing Board and are members of our local Chamber of Commerce.
